WHAT ASOS IS
A government system sits at the centre of the Turkish market.
ASOS (Emergency Health Automation System) is the national reporting system used by the Turkish Ministry of Health for pre-hospital emergency care.
Under the ambulance services regulation as updated in 2025, the crew completes a case record form for every patient and the form is filed in ASOS within 24 hours at the latest, then sent to the relevant command and control centre for approval. For private ambulance companies in Türkiye this is a legal obligation, not an option — Abro does not change it, it gets you ready for it.
THE SPLIT
Two different jobs: reporting and operations.
The same case serves two purposes: reporting to the state, and running your business. One is not an alternative to the other — Abro takes on the second.
