ABRO

SECTOR — MINING

The same visibility underground and above ground.

The health point at the pit entrance and the ambulance on the surface run in the same system. How much stock is left at each point and which crew is on shift is clear at head office.

DAILY FLOW

Two elevations, one inventory tree.

Wherever the point is, the record attaches to the same structure, so the regional breakdown appears on its own at month end.

  1. 01

    Points and vehicles are defined

The underground health point, the surface clinic and the ambulances are created as separate inventory points.

  2. 02

The case attaches to where it opened

The record is kept together with its point, so the report shows what happened in which area.

  3. 03

    Stock drops, a request opens

Materials used are deducted from inventory automatically; when the level hits critical, the request flow starts.

  4. 04

    Documents are flagged before expiry

Vehicle inspections, insurance and staff certificates sit in the calendar, with warnings by e-mail.
