STK · STOCK & MEDICATION MANAGEMENT

Stop guessing how much medication is left in which ambulance.

Every bag, every compartment, every medication is traced with QR and DataMatrix codes. The moment a request is approved, the quantity is deducted from inventory automatically, and items nearing expiry are flagged before they ever go out on a shift.

THE REALITY IN THE FIELD

Expired medication, a bag whose count never matches, hours lost.

When stock is counted by hand and written on paper, mistakes are inevitable. Which ambulance has which medication, which bag is missing a compartment, which box is close to expiring — the answer usually lives in one person's memory.

STOCK YOU CAN TRACE

Every bag, every compartment, every medication — traced with QR and DataMatrix codes.

Inventory is defined down to the vehicle, the site, the bag, the kit and the compartment. The moment a request is approved it is deducted from the right inventory automatically; counting takes seconds with a QR scan.

FEATURES

Six parts of stock management.

From inventory to DataMatrix codes, from requests to the drug database — every step is connected, and the same record is never entered twice.

01

Vehicle and site inventory

Stock is defined down to the vehicle, health point, bag, kit and compartment; you see instantly where each medication is.

02

Request → approval → automatic distribution

The field opens a request, an authoriser approves it; the approved quantity is deducted from the right inventory automatically — no manual stock entry left.

03

QR counting

Bag and compartment counts are done in seconds with a QR scan; any discrepancy shows up in the system immediately.

04

DataMatrix scanning

Scanning the code on a box automatically recognises the medication, the batch and the expiry date; manual entry errors disappear.

05

20,559-drug reference database + equivalents

Search is linked to the national drug reference database; when an item is out of stock the system suggests an equivalent, so the field never loses time.

06

Expiry and damage tracking

Items nearing expiry or damaged are flagged automatically; the alert reaches the head office before the item ever goes out on a shift.
