LEGAL NOTICE
Data Protection Notice and Privacy Policy
This page contains the data protection notice, under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), for personal data collected through this marketing site (abro.ldserp.com). This text covers the marketing site only; data processing within customer deployments of the Abro software is governed by separate agreements.
This text continues to be updated; current version date: 03.08.2026. Any changes are published on this page.
1. Data Controller
The data controller for personal data processed through this website is Lockdownsoft ("Data Controller"). Abro is a product of Lockdownsoft.
Email address for contacting the Data Controller: abro@lockdownsoft.tech
The registered trade name and address details are being updated.
2. Categories of Personal Data Collected
Personal data you enter yourself is collected only through the "Request a Demo" form, in the following categories: full name, organization name, sector, phone number, email address, fleet/team size, and an optional free-text message.
In addition, certain technical data is collected automatically when you submit the form and when the site is served: your IP address, browser and device information (user-agent), the address of the page the form was submitted from (referrer), and server access and error logs. This data is processed for connection security, prevention of abuse (spam/bots and excessive requests), fault diagnosis, and as evidence of the KVKK consent you have given; the consent record is stored together with the IP address and browser information.
This marketing site does not request a national ID number, health data, or any other special category of personal data, and provides no field for them; information you choose to write into the free-text field is the exception — you are advised not to enter special categories of data there. The Abro software itself may process health data within customer deployments, but that processing is governed by a separate data processing agreement with the relevant customer organization and is outside the scope of this marketing site.
3. Purposes of Processing
Collected data is processed strictly for evaluating the demo request, contacting you, analyzing your needs, and, where requested, carrying out the demo/proposal process.
Automatically collected technical data is processed solely to secure the site and the form infrastructure, to prevent abuse (spam/bots/excessive requests), to diagnose faults, and to evidence the consent record; it is not used for profiling or marketing.
4. Legal Grounds
Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds of KVKK Art. 5/2-c (necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms), together with your explicit consent where required.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Collected data is not shared with third parties other than the service provider(s) operating the form infrastructure and communication tools (email/WhatsApp). Sharing with service providers is limited to what is necessary to deliver the service and is carried out in compliance with KVKK.
The site and the demo form service are hosted on Hostinger infrastructure, and form notifications are delivered through Hostinger email infrastructure (smtp.hostinger.com). Depending on the country in which the hosting and email servers are located, this sharing may constitute a transfer abroad. Any such transfer is carried out only to the extent necessary to deliver the service, within the framework of KVKK Art. 9, and over encrypted (TLS) connections.
6. Retention Period
Personal data collected through the demo request form and the related KVKK consent records (including the IP address and browser information that form part of the consent record) are retained for 12 months from the date of collection. At the end of that period the records are deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
Server access and error logs are kept for the shorter period required for security review and are deleted thereafter. If the request results in a contractual relationship, the relevant data may be retained further under the legislation and contractual terms applicable to that relationship.
7. Your Rights under KVKK Art. 11
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information about such processing; learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction of your data within the conditions set out in KVKK; request that correction, deletion, or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to a result that is to your detriment arising from analysis of your data exclusively through automated systems; and request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
You do not need to fill in the demo form to exercise these rights; you may send your request directly to the email address given in section 10.
8. Security Measures for the Protection of Personal Data
The Data Controller implements appropriate administrative and technical measures to prevent unlawful processing of and unlawful access to personal data, and to ensure the safekeeping of such data.
The main measures currently in place are: encryption of site and form traffic with TLS (HTTPS); delivery of email notifications over SSL/TLS; storage of form and consent records on an access-restricted server reachable only by authorized personnel; encrypted storage of those records; requesting only the fields necessary for contact, in line with the data minimization principle; and rate limiting and bot protection against abuse.
9. Cookies
Beyond basic functionality, this site does not use third-party cookies for marketing or tracking purposes. This section will be updated if that changes.
10. How to Apply
You may submit requests under KVKK by email to abro@lockdownsoft.tech, together with information verifying your identity. Your request is concluded within 30 days at the latest, in accordance with KVKK Art. 13.
You do not need to fill in the demo/contact form to exercise your rights; this email address is the official channel for such requests.
The trade name and postal address to be used for written applications are being updated; until they are published, requests are handled through the email address above.
